Welcome Students and Families to an exciting new year!

Lincoln Middle Agriscience and Urban Farm Program is a community-based network between you, many local farms and agribusinesses FL Nursery Growers and Landscape Association, Manatee County Cattleman and Cattlewomen, University of FL, and many non-profits organizations. We have a school greenhouse, nursery, hydroponics, vegetable and herb gardens, butterfly garden, rabbits, chickens, pigs, cattle, worms, and we compost and collect rainwater! You also have the opportunity through FFA to join larger livestock teams or help show llamas.

Parent and community volunteers are always needed and welcomed. We have a work day on the farm the 3rd Saturday of each month from 8am-Nooon in a 4-year partnership with United Way-Manatee. Come join us for these bonding times! If you're interested in having your own garden space on our campus, please contact Ms. Lough for more information.

Please take time to read our Safety Rules and Expectations and supporting class documents, and never hesitate to call or email Ms. Lough with other questions.

I look forward to a great year!
Ms. Lough
